Helping Families Cope with Dementia and Alzheimer’s

With the support of grants assisting and community funding, we offer families who have a loved one suffering from dementia the following services:

  • Training and educational opportunities to raise awareness of dementia’s symptoms, management and coping techniques

  • Coaching and counseling on the care and services available to those confronting dementia concerns

  • Addressing the sense of hopelessness and assisting with the understanding of (aging) issues including dementia planning for end of life transitions.

Caregivers do not need to face these challenges and transitions alone. We want to be a trusted resource helping caregivers manage the social, spiritual, emotional and practical needs of those suffering from the disease.
